MSF kicks off this year with a Swedish Show Down….
Dress in anything related to SWEDISH CULTURE and join the party. Need some ideas? Think Pippi Longstocking, Volvo, IKEA, Harlem Hot Shots or ABBA. Whatever you decide, make it creative as our hosts on the evening, Mattias and Hanna (from Sweden) will be on the look our for the winner of our best dressed prize.
Come early and join in on the complimentary ‘Swedish BUGG Lesson’ by Mattias and Hanna. Afterwards… enjoy the party atmosphere, have a drink or dance to Swingin’ tunes on two levels to some of the best swing DJ’s from Australia and abroad till LATE.

Complimentary Swedish Bugg Lesson
Join us at 8.00pm sharp and take part in a complimentary Swedish BUGG lesson with Mattias and Hanna from Sweden. The BUGG is a classic Swedish dance style and is also a variant of the early Lindy Hop. If you came to the disco party last year, you know just how much FUN Mattias and Hanna can be. Don’t miss out on the laughter as our two favourite Swedes, teach the swing dancers their native dance.
Swingin’ Music All Evening
Enjoy two levels of DJ’ed Swing music from 9pm by some of Australia’s best Swing DJ’s.
Downstairs: Enjoy hot swingin’ tunes by two of our most popular DJ’s… This is the place to get your swing fix for the night.
Upstairs: The lights will be dimmed, the music slow… Let our Blues room DJ’s calm you down before the craziness of the weekend begins!

Cost: $15/$10 (after 10pm) casual entry on the night or FREE with a MSF Gold or Social Pass
After the dancing ends, we will be heading out for a drink (Venue TBC), so plan for a big night!
